This month’s selection is The Keeper of Lost Things by Ruth Hogan. Hogan writes of lost people and meaningful objects in our lives. In the novel, the main character, author Anthony Peardew, has rescued lost objects for the last 40 years, and has written stories about them after losing a keepsake from his fiancée on the same day that she died. Upon his death, he leaves his home and the collected objects to his personal assistant Laura, who is assigned the task of reuniting the objects with their owners.
